GBToday I had the most amazing… Today I had the most amazing experience! Mark Ybarra is Excellent, I just registered for the Sterile Processing program, and to say as an introvert who is also older and don’t like talking to people or doing any form of interviews, I was simply petrified. Mark was gentle, patient, understanding and very honest. Within 2 mins I was comfortable asking questions and laughing. I signed up immediately just because of how clear everything was explained. I’m now a MedCerts student thanks to the wonderful Mark Ybarra.
