Trial period and customer service was great! I forgot to cancel my subscription before the trial period ended and was charged ~$30. It had been about a week since the charge but I was still refunded the full amount. Although, I did not want to continue the subscription at its full price I did think the trial period was totally worth it as I did learn some useful tips about building a great resume.

Great customer service! My fiancé signed up for the service but never used it. It had charged my credit card for three months without my knowledge. When I noticed it, I emailed the company and they were extremely quick to help and solve my problem immediately. Great customer service although I can’t comment on the résumé builder part as I never used it!
