It was always easy and quick to get a real person. The people you talk to really understand they program. I tested 19 students for the first time and it went great!

Such a smooth process Such a smooth process. Loved the fact that we didn't have to sit in a sterile environment with lots of other kids which would have added a ton of stress to our daughter. Having the proctor available to answer our questions and concerns in real time was perfect. Very responsive staff and helpful in completing state required paperwork. Easy and satisfying process Easy test scheduling, flexible test start time, easy to follow instructions. We were able to schedule a test only a few days out, start the test early or late depending on our schedule, and the instructions were not complicated at all.
