CSPO: Great energy and hands-on experience! I really appreciated Kim's energy, and the very hands-on approach she utilizes in her CSPO course! You get to break down an idea starting with "What user need(s) are we solving for" all the way to User Story creation. She teaches the class some really useful facilitation techniques, and I appreciated being able to use multiple methods to validate that our group was working toward the most valuable things first.

Scott Dunn knows his stuff Scott Dunn knows his stuff. He is a fantastic instructor and knows how to engage the class in a workshop setting. He brings personal experiences that made things very relatable that makes it easier to apply the methodologies in the professional setting. He knows how to work the room to help the students get benefit from other students experiences also. I would highly recommend Scott as an instructor and will certainly look for other courses he teaches. The course was well designed and the combination of the Course and Scott was a great combination.

Accessibility I like that the course was available at different times and on the weekend which made it more accessible. I also liked the break-out rooms where we practiced the skills taught and wish we had more opportunities for that. The only criticism really is that I didn't feel like the class adequately prepared me for the test.

Very inclusive /immersive classes I loved the classes. I like that everyone was held accountable and your videos had to be turned on for the entire duration of class expect during breaks. It wasn't a "presentation" class where slides are just read to you. Rather it was very immersive and active participation was encouraged. There was support right from registration through till when exam links were sent out. Their trainers are well versed in the art of tutoring and you would find yourself seeing that an 8hr class comes and goes quickly. I felt nostalgic on the second day and didn't want the training to end lol I know that's not possible but yh, it was that good. It also challenges your creativity and thinking capacity so get ready to be involved. You would certainly not regret taking this class. All the best! Cheers šŸ„‚

I believe the scrum certification doesn't pays out in 3 modules. I believe the scrum certification progress could be done in one or 2 steps but for sure not in 3. The first module doesn't have enough content to justify 2 days of course.
