GBAVOID Kidpass altogether! Highly dissatisfied. Not only are their teachers and activities not vetted before the classes are offered (I'm referring to quality, not trustworthiness), but what REALLY stinks is their rebill and subscription policy. I tried cancelling BEFORE I was rebilled and they wouldn't let me!! Nor did I receive a 3 day notice, period. I'm considering taking it up with my bank, honestly. We also had two adverse events with a couple of classes that we virtually attended. For the first one, the instructor never showed and Kidpass let everyone stay on the Zoom call for over TWENTY minutes, saying it would be just a few more minutes until the instructor would show up. Nope. Another class was lackluster at best and I can't believe I wasted 2 credits on it. I reviewed that class too, and didn't receive any comments on my feedback for either. They clearly don't care, and you know what? AVOID Kidpass at all costs. Very unprofessional and not recommended, questionable rebill methods. It's our kids that suffer the most. During this unprecedented times, it's unconscionable how a company can operate like this. TOTAL ripoff for the quality that you get. I'd recommend checking out the actual websites of some of their "teachers" and "activities" before you commit to anything. Not worth it on Kidpass, I can't say that enough. Get it together, Kidpass.

GBSo far it has been a great experience… So far it has been a great experience with KidPass. Custumer service is excellent and my child has been able to explore many activities we didn't even know were around the corner of our home. Love the variety of classes because my daughter can try new things all the time and not get bored. Music and open play are her favorites!

GBCorrupt company Corrupt company. I was a loyal costumer for several years. The company began to raise the number of credits for each class, making it significantly more expensive. I had accumulated over a years worth of credits, and was told if I did not continue paying for my account all of these credits would be lost. Sure enough, when I requested to no longer pay for my account this happened and they took $250 worth of class credit, despite my escalating up to a manager. This is a scam of a company, who is happy to take people’s money and give them nothing in return. Extremely disappointing and upsetting.

GBWe appreciate Kidpass’s help in our children’s education. Yes, I agree they were expensive and the price was increasing every year like lots of other tutoring services. However, Kidpass kept their commitment and provided with in person and online tutor on demand. They also refunded back the left over credit hour money when they stopped giving tutoring after March, 2024. We appreciate Kidpass’s help in our children’s education.

GBThe worst The worst! They have no idea what they are doing. At first, I think they had a good concept, so I joined as a teacher, however, they have fallen apart completely. They are only sales-driven, and offer zero support. I would in no way be exaggerating to say that over the last several months, I have attempted a grand total of nearly 40 times to solicit a response from them. They do not answer, never reply. They ignore you. I have not been paid, and they don't care. Be very wary!
