I recently tried Cannessentials and had… I recently tried Cannessentials and had an ok experience. Nothing special out of the ordinary. I would describe it as mediocr. Prices were fair, but could be cheaper if they had promotions every once and awhile. Produts were good quality and worked as expected. Customer service was avereg as they answered questions adequately, but I would still have preffered higher quality of response. All in all, an avereg experiance that could use improvement.

Unreliable! Put two orders in on November 19th received an email from Cannessential on November 22 explaining they were having some kind of internal issue with shipping and promised they would be shipping my order out the next day. It's now November 25th and my order still has not shipped.

Cannessentials have great quality… Cannessentials have great quality products all the way around and I love their prices. I even had some items missed on a shipment I emailed them and they took care of it immediately and sent me some free gifts for the inconvenience. Highly recommend them for products and customer service.
