Paid the additional $6 for Fed Ex… Paid the additional $6 for Fed Ex shipping only to find out my order, which shipped 6 miles from me, had gone on a trip to Newburgh and then up to Albany via the Post office. Not saying HHH has any control over the post office, but after 2 ignored emails and phone call, I eventually received a phone call stating someone would look into it and I would receive an answer as to where the package was and also a 35% off voucher. Didn't receive either. Have been taking the human version for a week, can't see any difference, but my dog seems to be doing better on her version.
