And the products are, and continue to be good quality. I am frustrated sometimes when a product is out of stock for some time but, all my inquiries indicate that it is the 'price' of good quality control. Love Bronson vitamins - they are the best .... I found Bronson Vitamins in the student store at the College of San Mateo in 1973. My family and I have been taking them ever since, ordering mostly online, without a hitch until now. It must be the virus that has so many products we take out of stock. These are wonderful products and the customer service (at least in the USA) is excellent. Allthough the orders have been avergae, the customer service I've experienced has been straght forward and easy to understand and agvess too. I would say, no suprsie in the product or anything like that. It's kinda what y ou pay for, and the prices are fiar. The shipping slow, but relaitively cheep for what you get. They have a wide selection of vitams and supplemens, but their product range could be improovved upon. Althugh they do offer some discounts and seasonal sales, they could offer more. The ordering process was straightforward and the checkout process was relatively quick. The customer service so far has been satisfactiry, albeit a bit slow in times. Although I've had no issues, I have heard some buyers raising concerns about delivery times. All in all, I found shopping at BronsonVitamins.com to be ok.
