Overall very helpful Love the lessons, accountability, and very reasonable and holistic approach to weight loss. The logging tool is very powerful in that it contains many packaged brand name foods and not just whole foods. It has some room for improvement though such as it could put recent items at the top for ease. Plus several foods are listed only by weight and I'm not interested in weighing everything. I also wish there were better tailoring for plant based diet. A lesson series and maybe even an adjusted green/yellow/orange categorization since many of the proteins for vegans are orange.

Willpower not included! Took advantage of their 2 weeks' trial for £1 - then was able to cancel subscription without any problems. I found this app very useful - the psychology and quizzes are interesting and informative, but at the end of the day, weightloss is down to your own willpower and choices (not to eat lots of calorific dense foods...), hence my decision to cancel the subscription... Nevertheless, I was impressed with the food look-up tool as it has a wide range of foods, including many supermarket own brands and even "well-known" diet plan meals.

I don't think the colour codes are always accurate I don't think the colour codes are accurate, ergo what the Noon algorithm seems an orange food or green, whatever, frequently seem off For example, I just put Mango Lassi in, it went to Green, which sure, made me feel good, but it has enough sugar in it to sink a mini-titanic... There is something weird going on....

Simple tools are easier to keep using Gives me a way to re-center myself on my goals. Easy lookup for foods so I know what I'm eating And where I am in my day.

Month1+ I feel more in control than before I started. Weight loss is slow, I don't understand the line chart for weight n what date is now anticipated for my first goal weight. I don't like food logging when I'm planning the meal choices in advance that u can't see the color of the food n nutrition info. I am more motivated to go to the gym.
