This program is exactly what I needed This program is exactly what I needed. I'm only a third done and the improvements have been tremendous. Highly recommended for those struggling with sleep and health issues, but you have to be highly motivated to make lifestyle changes!

I sleep and exercise normally now!! ! I have really had great success with this program after years of going from doctor to doctor and developing a dependence on Ambien for 5 years I no longer need it. It didn’t happen overnight but I slept 8 hours last night! I have more energy, understand my body and mind better. The team is very supportive. I feel this is the concierge/advice -like service for me and my busy life. Dr. Dylan is a sponge 🧽 f a crazy amount of info!! Bonus- I love Dylan’s sense of humor.

Invest your time in other things Invest your time in other things. I agree with other reviews that emphasize how manipulative and scripted the tactics were. I also couldn’t find evidence that they were doctors when using the docinfo.org. The theory is good - but there are many other resources out there offered by people I respect much more highly. I plan to do my own research into mitochondrial dysfunction. Here’s a few things that have helped so far: Dr. Terry Wahls Irene Lyon Dr. Rhonda Patrick - she interviewed a Dr. Panda about circadian rhythms Dr. Mark Hyman Zesty Ginger Article on micronutrients for mitochondrial health: search “ Feeding mitochondria: Potential role of nutritional components to improve critical illness convalescence” Best of luck to everyone - you can do it without spending $8000, and while being treated with the basic respect you deserve as a human being!

Best use of my healthcare dollars! I joined Optimal Circadian Health coaching after struggling for over a year with debilitating fatigue associated with autoimmune illness. By that point, I gave up hope of having a normal life and just wanted to be able to function enough to get through my day and meet the bare minimum requirements of work and parenting obligations. Within 3 weeks on the program, I started waking up rested after only 6-7 hours of sleep (I previously needed at least 9 and still woke up exhausted and depleted). Within 8 weeks, I was able to walk normally and not feel like I was carrying 100lbs backpack at all times. This is an ongoing journey for me but I keep hitting milestone after milestone the longer I stick with the program. The latest win was being able to travel with my daughter for the first time in 3 years, which felt truly magical. I am eternally grateful to Optimal Circadian Health for what they do. The team is absolutely phenomenal - knowledgeable, supportive, and unconditionally compassionate. I can wholeheartedly say that this is the best money I ever spent. I recommend this program all the time to friends and family who struggle with fatigue. Give it a try, it may just change your life!

Optimal Circadian Health I came to Dylan at Optimal Circadian Health with a whole host of issues from chronic fatigue to a number of gut problems. I could never seem to fix the issues myself and after going from doctor to doctor with the "everything is normal" results, I decided to give Dylan and his program a try. Within the first week or so, I started to see improvements in my sleep and my energy levels. Between the weekly check-ins and the informative videos, I always seem to find the answer to my questions or concerns. Dylan even took time to review lab results and put my mind at ease. Something my primary doctor would have taken weeks to do. If you are tired of going from doctor to doctor with little to no results or being told "everything is normal," then I strongly encourage Optimal Circadian Health.
