Excellent exercise for pelvic floor muscles I had a radical prostate removal due to cancer. Left me with horrible bladder incontinence. Was desperate for anything to work so I tried this. I Really like this product!!!, it gives you a workout & you don’t even know it.

Very easy to use Just read the instructions, it is very easy to use. Its not uncomfortable to sit on I just to have to be stay consistant with using it as stated.

Real one. When I read customer's views I'm quessing some of them bhought the ones doesn't have any electrical future on it without realizing therefore writing" it's not doing anything". This one does although you work with it. Very good.

Used the product for the first time and… Used the product for the first time and learned I did not know how to do a proper kegel. I'm in my mid 50s and my results were predictable -- weak. I do feel a strange burning sensation in my perineum area. I hope it's fatigue. Seems like the product does what it is supposed to do. I'll stay at it to improve my urinary and sexual health.
