They sent me the results from the most recent tax sale with available overages (these weren’t on the website yet). I then went into my process of skip-tracing. Through skip-tracing, I found that I had a mutual friend with the claimant on Social Media, I sent that friend a message, she spoke with the claimant and gave them my information, & we spoke that same day! After our phone conversation, we set up a time to meet at her job. I drove down to Rock Hill, SC, met her at her job, then she followed me over to the local UPS store to get documents notarized. Because we had a mutual friend & I’ve been doing this long enough to sound like an expert, the sign up process was very easy. The property was the claimant’s father. It’s a brother and sister. The father refused to sell the land all the way up until he passed away. The land was a small parcel in between to other houses and couldn’t be used for much. After the father passed away, the kids didn’t have any use for it and didn’t want to pay taxes on something they didn’t need. Mr. Armstrong is having some health complications and he will use his portion to get some better medicine and necessary items. Ms. Jacqueline has been wanting to take a visit down to Florida to see some friends. Her portion will help cover all travel expenses! They were both very appreciative of my help and work in finding them. The funds will clear my business account next week and I can’t wait to drop a check off to them!!The money will make a huge difference because it will take care of some much needed things in both of their lives Another successful claim is just more and more confirmation that I’m doing the right thing in helping people and this business is a beautiful one! It works if you put in the work! I wanted to share my experience after leveraging the education and resources obtained from the Overages Blueprint from Bob Diamond. I found my lead from reaching out to some local counties in my state and requesting the tax sale list. Amongst these were several names and I just kept taking my swing at every attempt I could until I found my claimant. To get in touch with my claimant I needed to call on a list of relatives/friends that amounted to about 20+ people. Eventually I found the claimants brother and explained how he would be entitled to some money from the state, and I needed to get in touch with the claimant as soon as possible. Turned out the claimant was in El Salvador, and I needed to reach out via an app to communicate the situation. I would say this was certainly on the easier side, however the claimant did have their skepticism. Even when he agreed to the terms of our agreement and I sent over the paperwork through what I thought would be a quick close, he had another relative in the states give me a call to ask more questions about the process and how we help people. Eventually, every got on the same page. The property was lost in a tax sale due to the owner leaving the country and leaving the home in the care of relatives. They fell behind on taxes and eventually the home was sold. I was very pleased to know that this claimant is going to use his proceeds to get his immigration papers completed for him and his family. He wasn’t expecting these funds, and it will go a long way in cover all of their legal fees. He was very grateful. For me, this first check symbolizes the start of a new life for me and my family. I’m very excited about the prospects of this being my new lifestyle and making a major difference in the lives of the people whom I work with. These funds are coming just in time for our family vacation to Cabo. We will certainly splurge a little more. Support was great with me. Any question I had, I would direct to support and often times within a day I am hearing back with specifics on how to proceed through each step in the process. Two checks in one week!! REK Property Solutions LLC I was very fortunate to have two court cases approved on the same day for a total of $168,411.27! This check for $42,166.33 came from a Deceased family member's foreclosure surplus proceeds. I was able to locate the parents who had no idea these funds were available. They were ecstatic to learn of this and were brought to tears when I personally brought the checks to them. I cannot tell you how much this business has changed life for me. I am a licensed realtor, but am now devoting my time to this business. It's not a "get rich" scheme, but, possibly, a "get rich" soon with the right effort and dedication. Largest Claim So Far... I was able to receive my largest claim so far, in the amount totaling over $91K. I searched the county auction site and found the overage and then, with the help of a professional skip tracer, found and contacted the son of the previous owner of the property. He was not skeptical but he was frustrated with the amount of calls he received to help him claim the funds as the original total was over $200K before liens we subtracted. The property had actually belonged to his parents who had both passed away. The money comes just in time as he was unemployed for awhile and fell behind in some of his expenses. This success has boosted my confidence in this business and the process. The money will be used to keep me funded while I close more deals. I am very grateful for BD support in helping me overcome an issue with filing probate. Responses from support were timely and informative. This is a Win Win business for the recovery specialist and their claimants. I will be doing this for a long, long time. One note of advice, there are a lot of people trying to do this business by "winging it". I suggest they invest in the course and learn how to file claims correctly.
