Grow Lean will help you think for yourself! Grow Lean clarified a lot of the confusion around agile scaling and how to go about doing it properly as your agile practices advance. They didn't try to sell any particular solution or framework but gave us the tools to think for ourselves--which is a refreshing take compared to a lot of other scaling classes.

From zero to a high pass in one class Five weeks ago I hasn’t even heard about the concept of Agile Development. Last night I passed the CSM exam and was able to score 96%. This success is almost entirely down to the fantastic structure and clarity of the training course offered by Grow Lean, and the bright, supportive, positive and inspiring tutition of highly experienced trainer Don Patti. In depth and simple training on CSM Training session is simple, informative, easy, to the point and ample of example oriented along with activity and quiz on miro & kahoot are well structured practice session. He has explained topic interestingly. Thank you Team.

I thought Don did a great job to make… I thought Don did a great job to make the class fun and interactive. It has been a couple of years since I have had exposure to lean and agile classes so this class provided great insight and refreshers on topics not touched on in a while. The hands on exercises allowed us to interact and share thoughts while working as a team.

The interaction is fantastic The interaction is fantastic. What I liked most was that you don't feel judged while doing the group exercises, and that they focus more on learning than on competition. This for me is key to having a pressure-free environment.
