Save your money. Don't buy. Waited ages for the mini projector only to have to wait for them to send the tripod I ordered with it. Then when we tried to use it, it wouldn't even connect to anything to play films. I requested a refund and was told to return it to China (with tracking cost me £20.35) I had to raise a dispute to get my refund a full 3 weeks after my item was signed for by their 'warehouse'. Don't buy from them. Flimsy projector and it's all fake reviews on the website. Should've known it was dodgy when there's not even a physical business address on the website.

I bought a mini projector after seeing… I bought a mini projector after seeing it on tiktok and it literally changed my room! Now I can watch my shows. I was initially drawn to their discounts, free tripod and satisfaction guarantee. After not going through my usual product research test, I decided to hurry up and buy it because it had easy returns and a money back guarantee.

Piece of junk and horrible customer service This is the biggest piece of junk. I ordered them with the tripods, and they came without them. They advertise that they work with Bluetooth… they don’t. They are also horribly grainy. When I went to return it I realized they’re making me pay to ship it back to China… I read the refund policy before purchasing and NOWHERE does it say we’re responsible for shipping costs… AND they take FOREVER to respond to emails regarding returns. HORRIBLE customer service.

High Peak Projectors – A House of Deception Title: Beware: High Peak Projectors – A House of Deception High Peak Projectors presents itself as a beacon of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction in the realm of projection technology. However, beneath its glossy facade lies a cesspool of deceit, false promises, and utter disregard for customer trust. My recent experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others against falling into the same trap. Let's start with their website – a meticulously crafted illusion designed to lure unsuspecting consumers into a web of lies. Every claim they make about their products, guarantees, and customer satisfaction is as substantial as a house of cards in a hurricane. Their product descriptions read like works of fiction, painting a picture of unparalleled excellence that simply doesn't exist in reality. Their guarantees? Nothing but empty words meant to placate wary buyers. I fell victim to their supposed "100% satisfaction guarantee," only to discover that it's nothing more than a cleverly-worded sham. When the projector I purchased turned out to be a malfunctioning piece of junk, getting a refund or even a replacement was akin to trying to extract water from a stone. High Peak Projectors conveniently vanished into thin air, leaving me high and dry with a worthless hunk of metal and plastic. And don't even get me started on their customer service – or lack thereof. Attempting to reach a representative was an exercise in futility, with emails disappearing into the void and phone calls met with perpetual hold music. It's as if they take pleasure in ignoring the pleas of disgruntled customers, content to let their dissatisfaction fester in the dark corners of cyberspace. In conclusion, I wouldn't wish the misfortune of dealing with High Peak Projectors on my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache, the heartache, and the empty bank account by steering clear of this deceitful company. There are plenty of reputable vendors out there who actually deliver on their promises and value their customers' trust. High Peak Projectors is not one of them, and I wholeheartedly advise against giving them a single cent of your hard-earned money.

DO NOT ORDER DO NOT ORDER This is a scam website, I ordered a mini projector which was not the same quality as that advertised, when I emailed I was informed that only the highest quality items are advertised on the website, meaning I was misled in to buying this item. I am now expected to pay the price of returning this item to China, this will be the price I paid for the item in the first instance.
