Wish I could rate the service 0 Wish I could rate the service 0, quality is rubbish even with the upgrade product had clearly been used before arriving, was told there would be a free tripod but that didn't arrive and they just completely ignore you, not worth sending back cause of the time and cost but urge people to stay away from them.

Piece of junk and horrible customer service This is the biggest piece of junk. I ordered them with the tripods, and they came without them. They advertise that they work with Bluetooth… they don’t. They are also horribly grainy. When I went to return it I realized they’re making me pay to ship it back to China… I read the refund policy before purchasing and NOWHERE does it say we’re responsible for shipping costs… AND they take FOREVER to respond to emails regarding returns. HORRIBLE customer service.

Save your money. Don't buy. Waited ages for the mini projector only to have to wait for them to send the tripod I ordered with it. Then when we tried to use it, it wouldn't even connect to anything to play films. I requested a refund and was told to return it to China (with tracking cost me £20.35) I had to raise a dispute to get my refund a full 3 weeks after my item was signed for by their 'warehouse'. Don't buy from them. Flimsy projector and it's all fake reviews on the website. Should've known it was dodgy when there's not even a physical business address on the website.

Do not buy from this company Do not buy from this company. They falsely advertise on their website with the highest definition products, even though the product is completely different and is not as advertised. Demanded that I pay for postage and tracking when returning. This is money I will not get back and will cost almost as much the product cost itself. Also was supposed to be a free tripod with my order but it never came. Disgraceful customer service too, avoid buying from these scammers
