The exams help you pass, but you still need to study. Lifetime membership isn't for life, they are now showing that on the website, so as long as you know it's for 3 years then all is good. Support was excellent when I had some issues with downloading my 4 exam pack I've used this site since 2015 and will continue to do so.

Fantastic Customer Service After a tricky start where I was not happy with the inclusion of my password in plain text in the welcome email, I emailed their support, and I have to say they were fantastic. They got back to me in very quick time and reassured me that all passwords were encrypted with industry standard hashing algorithms and they removed the plaintext password from the welcome email. I will be using their service.

This Will Prepare for the REAL Exam. Best Money Ever Spent This is the best money I’ve ever spent. No exaggeration. It’s an easy calculation. I’ll explain. I needed to pass a certification exam to keep my job. I read five books, did two 20 hour courses (a LinkedIn one and a Skillsoft one) and did multiple textbook practice exams. I was feeling very prepared. I took the test and failed. The Mike Chapple books and LinkedIn videos are intro crap. They talk a good game but they make you feel like you’re more prepared than you actually are. I signed up with CertKingdom and studied their tests. Paired with spot videos on the question topics, I passed the test the second time. I can’t recommend this enough. I would be unemployed right now if not for CertKingdom. And the price is maybe 10% of all the useless crap I bought to prepare. CertKingdom will prepare you for the REAL test, not like weak practice tests from pretentious books. And good customer service when I had an issue. Get it. You won’t regret it. I’m not being compensated for this review. This is all true. I’m writing this in case anyone was panicking like I was. Partial exam dump (not full), no refund It is easy to register and to pay. Afterwards, you understand that their definition of "unlimited lifetime" it is only for 1 year, their definition of "unlimited access" is only for few exams, not all, and their definition of "money back guarantee" is : no refund, you loose your money. Support answer quite well to help you after payment, and always busy, with no answer, when it is about failed exam, partial exam dump or refund. It helps me due to the partial dump, but insufficient to pass the exam. I failed it, even I got 100% at their testing engine on the partial dump.
