DEI really enjoy the curriculum of… I really enjoy the curriculum of Z-Health. Dr. Cobb is a great instructor who knows how to catch someones mind! You get offered so many extra stuff, which provides you with extra skill and performance information. Nevertheless i really looking forward for something called "guiding thread". The instructor ofentimes switches from page 1 to 99 in the presentation and it's ofentimes hard to follow the printed version of the powerpoint-examples.

GBLOVE the learning material Love the learning material, have gotten great results from implementing the exercises/drills. I was able to eliminate chronic hamstring pain/stiffness from a three year old injury, improved my balance dramatically, and by following the vision gym program I improved my vision from 20/15 to 20/13 after just one day. I am a neuro nerd and a fitness fanatic - can’t even express strongly enough how much I love the material, it is like a dream come true. Thank you!!

GBNever a disappointment I have been apart of Zhealth for several yrs and have never been disappointed in their approach to health and wellness. Seeing things at a different angle, doing things from a different perspective is what people really need.

GBI love Z-Health Performance! I love Z-Health Performance! I've been studying and implementing Z-Health principles and exercises for years, and they've made a huge impact on my ability to stay active and pain-free. The content provided in ZU is amazing! So clear - and so much to take in!

GBValuable applied neurology resource Videos are clear and packed full of information. Course materials include course manual, powerpoint, B&W powerpoint (multiple slides per page), presentation videos (streamed and downloadable), resource videos (also streamed and downloadable), and research articles. As the course progressed, some of my questions that arose early on were answered just through basic course material. However, each participant has access to an educational advisor who is available via email/scheduled phone call to address other questions. Bonus material included "gyms" for vision, balance, strength/stamina, breathing plus access to the 3 pillars program. I can only imagine how much more useful the course would be in an in-person setting. Perhaps there will be opportunities for on-site "alumni" gatherings to review material in person.
