The most caring, compassionate, and deliberate coach out there!! Mike is one of the most caring, compassionate, and deliberate coaches that I know. I trained and saw him coaching for about a year, and I had one of the best experiences in my training. Not to mention that he is knowledgeable about training, and he knows how to communicate with an athlete. Looking back, I think I often made PR when he was watching me. I sometimes underestimate my strength and hesitate to give a shot at making PRs; when that happened, he always gave me a little push that I need like he is believing in me perhaps more than I did, which led to pushing to the limit and making big PR's! And he is very good at finding the problem, and explaining how to fix it with a simple cue, too. My goal was learning CrossFit and improving overall athletic performance at that time and he had been a great friend and coach to help that, but I have no doubt that he would give the best support whatever your goal is: being healthy, learning lifting from zero, becoming a competitive athlete, and etc. THANK YOU, MIKE!!

Coach Mike is the real deal Coach Mike is clearly knowledgeable in the fitness space and applies the science to produce a successful output. Mike is also extremely thorough in the programming tools he provides making it easily digestible. He takes the time to discuss our plan of action in our weekly check-ins and is always informative with his intentions behind the programming he has uniquely built for me. With Mike's guidance, I've reached my goal in a short period of time. I've learned a lot working alongside Mike. On top of everything, he's just very personable, sincere and a great cheerleader.
