Experience and success The support staff was a tremendous big of help! No matter who I spoke to everyone was very helpful and was very resourceful even if the representative I spoke to didn’t know the answer; they all went above and beyond my expectations to figure out the answers to my questions. If I know anyone that is thinking about going back to school I will definitely be referring them to you folks! I really do appreciate everyone’s help! Even though I attended virtually and never attended the school institution in person. Instructors were very professional and also helpful through out my time at University of Phoenix! Shout out to all the employees working for University of Phoenix for going above and beyond expectations!

Greedy Institution I have had the worst experience with financial aid about releasing funds that ultimately I have to pay off. The information given to me seemed to contradict information from each of the people I talked to and was not relevant to my specific situation. Not only that but they had me retake classes because it was part of a different state. The classes I retook were the same and even the assignments were the same. Overall the school has taken more than enough money from me and I haven’t gotten a true education from them.

Becoming A Phoenix My experience from the start of speaking with an enrollment rep has been nothing short of incredible. Everyone I have come into contact with via my online courses have been helpful with understanding the course material. As well as providing fast responses to any questions I may have had along the way. With everything happening fast paced every five weeks at first glance may seem a bit daunting. However, the well structured approach from the general education courses sets up a seeable foundation towards success. All in all I’m happy to have made the decision to becoming a phoenix. As time passes I hope to see everyone I have met vis online in person. Such an honor being apart of something that even from another state I feel like I BELONG!

Great school! Lots of opportunities The University of Phoenix made going back to school a great experience. They are so helpful in everyway and made it possible for me to get my degree as a 37 year old mother of 3!
