I ordered an Ego power head with edger… I ordered an Ego power head with edger attachment bundle that also included a string trimmer attachment. Although the trimmer was in my cart when I checked out, it didn't show up on the order invoice. They refused to send me the string trimmer attachment & pretended like they never had that bundle available on their website, even tho I sent them proof that showed people discussing that specific bundle on their specific website. They're either incompetent or dishonest (or both!). Don't trust them!!

Received a 7 quart igloo cooler with… Received a 7 quart igloo cooler with insulated lid shipped by Acme tools for father's day. Lid does not latch in closed position just falls open. Very disappointed! Bungee cord required. Sucks!

Fraudulent company Never recieved shipping info and never recieved items. When I called company to inquire about the item they said it had been delivered but could not provide proof of delivery. Then when I asked what they could do to help they said I had waited longer than 7 days to inquire so ther was nothing they could do. Said I should call paypal and try to get my money back. That is real customer service.

Total scam AcmeToolsOnline is a total scam. 5 star fake reviews. Site claimed to have 560 of the product in inventory. Paid extra for 5 - 7day ”express shipping". Order status remained at "order being processed" for 5 weeks. the email address for customer service gets "actively rejected" by their server. I paid with PayPal who immediately provided an instant refund. You have been warned!
