GBThis company has not returned a call… This company has not returned a call since February regarding an order that was lost in transit. It's amazing that they can consistently ignore a contractor for that long. Terrible customer service.

GBRestocking fee on an item that does not exist. I ordered access panels for a very high-end client, of which I convinced to pay the higher price for the seemingly high quality product and made in USA. I also paid the expedited shipping to ensure that it would arrive before the very limited time that we have for the work to be done. When I followed up on the status of the order, I was told that production was shut down during the holidays, and that the panels would not arrive in the time that the site indicated. I was also told that they could cancel the order with a 30% restocking fee. How exactly do you charge a restocking fee on something that has not been made yet? If it can be restocked, ship it.
