AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Half finished job and ignoring us! Hired a Sovereign approved contractor to project manage our renovation. He was absolutely appalling and basically stole at least £50k of our money, so we removed him from the job. He left the basement tanking half complete (but still managed to invoice us for the full amount) so we contacted Sovereign in the hope that they could help us finish it off, only to find out that the local area manager was actually a friend of the contractor we had removed and would not be assisting us further. Unbelievable he even put this in a text message to us! We cannot get hold of anyone in Customer Care and the local area manager is blanking our calls so we have no idea how to finish this job off! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Killed by delivery charges for small orders Have used products for years and are great but their reps are a bit hit and miss and delivery charges £20 under £300. If you just want a smallish quantity just not worthwhile unfortunately. Not much lateral thinking going on when you ring up. It's that or nothing. Frustrating really.

SOVEREIGNS DISGUSTING CUSTOMERSERVICE I am disgusted by sovereign chemicals uk customer services response to my ongoing situation ! BE AWARE *** if a builder registered for using sovereign products fails to complete the correct course on your property..sovereign will not only refuse to intervene, or advise you of who they trust locally to complete outstanding works to get the guarantee you require to take to your lender re your mortgage!...they will basically wash their hands of you!!! We paid our builder over £100,000 to rid our property of damp only to find out they forgot to tank the basement floor!....they have refused to do this!...sovereign will not supply us with the name of another local builder they trust to finish this to allow us to get the guarantee. I have supplied them with contract/ txts showing builder admits his mistake, however sovereign will not assist us in any way!
