GBCustomer service not great, product good I ordered an ice maker. It arrived and was too large. I made arrangements to return and was given a return code. I paid shipping to return it and provided the tracking info to VivoHome. They couldn't understand the tracking, even though there were provided the link, a picture of the receipt and a spelling out tracking code. Then once they confirmed that they did receive (after I send proof they received) it took weeks for a refund. Eventually it all got resolved and the other product, an air purifier, works beautifully.

GBBought a heat press Bought a heat press, emailed them with questions after experiencing issues 13 month in. They responded saying, sorry your warranty has expired. I asked if they could at least trouble shoot the error codes displayed via email. Response was crickets. Just know - if you run into problems, you’re on your own. Love your tone deaf response VH. I contacted support, no response! You asked me to send the the error codes and pictures and I did. No response!

GBSO SHADY SO SHADY. Don’t do it. They sent me a busted, bent, paint chipping off broken bird cage and then made it nearly impossible to return/get refunded. They avoided telling where/how I could return it despite me asking several times. Most frustrating, awful customer service. Took forever to be refunded. Complete and total waste of time.
