Great purchase experience! Purchased the 2in1 treadmill and we are very pleased with the quality of the product and the quality of their customer service. Happy customer Very happy with vivo home products. I have many items. I have a small business in my home and the heat press and lift desk are amazing for my work. Friendly customer support and when I needed a new item it was sent right away. Look forward to more items.

Love vivohome I’ve gotten many vivohome products. It’s a great company. They provide many useful items at affordable prices, which cannot be understated. I have had a few issues and customer service has always more than taken care of me. They care about the people they help and that says a lot about a company. I recently got a sandbox for my kid from them and it was perfect. Nice size, easy to put together, sturdy and withstood our crazy winds. Always had positive experiences.

Customer service not great, product good I ordered an ice maker. It arrived and was too large. I made arrangements to return and was given a return code. I paid shipping to return it and provided the tracking info to VivoHome. They couldn't understand the tracking, even though there were provided the link, a picture of the receipt and a spelling out tracking code. Then once they confirmed that they did receive (after I send proof they received) it took weeks for a refund. Eventually it all got resolved and the other product, an air purifier, works beautifully.
