Best taps ever Water is something that nobody can live without. So, my tap turned out a real trash, that's why I had some serious issues with water. I applied to this company in order to ask them to help me with this problem. Customer support seemed to me very polite and responsive, because it took couple of minutes to them to answer my question. They had taps in the shop and I ecided to acquire some new ones. Nowadays, I have no issues with water at all, because the taps from this shop are very reliable and durable.

Badddddd I still haven't received a product I ordered a month ago. It was backordered and the website gave no indication of that. According to the customer support rep I later spoke to, it should have shipped last week. I'm not holding my breath.

I have emailed customer service twice… I have emailed customer service twice AND called and left a message. I ordered a manhole cover on June 8th and it still hasn't shipped. I understand these are difficult times, but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of customer service. Edit: customer service ONLY reached out after I wrote this review. I don’t ever write reviews, and their statement below is misleading. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Her name I do not recall, I want to say Croche, but I don't think that is accurate. Something like that. I know when I get a good support, and she delivered. Hats off to her!
