Record what your opening from this store for your own sake I bought a welding machine cables a cover and supposed to get two(2) whips made a ground and an electrode. My machine I purchased was a Lincoln 330. I was sent everything except my electrode whip now it’s a case of the runaround saying it was delivered. I should have just went to a local shop and taken care of buisness not dealt with this. I recommend videoing your unboxing of packages sent from this store as proof that their secondhand shipping from other stores isn’t worth a damn. Communication was good but customer service has lacked

So far I will say that Dan at Welding … So far I will say that Dan at Welding Mart has been a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, I can’t comment much more than that at this time. The first shipment received direct from Lincoln was delivered damaged by UPS . I have not received the replacement yet so I would not be inclined to comment further. The only problem I have is that UPS is and has been notorious for delivering damaged packages in the passed and doesn’t give a hoot about the consumer. I wish we would get delivery from another carrier.

They expedited shipping to Help Puerto Rico! They expedited shipping of our order so we could have it in time to transport it to Puerto Rico. The part was to replace a damaged control board that was need for a welder to support repair of homes damaged by Maria.

Why I WOULD go back I have made two purchases from WeldingMart.com. The amount of the first was a little under $4000.00 (four thousand) . The amount of the second was somewhere around $1500 (one thousand, five hundred). The men running the show are serious about they're business and what they do, and this is very evident by the following given in the order of importance to me : Easy to contact / get a hold of Very prompt call back time Knowledgeable Willingness to explain things that one may not have a good understanding of Pricing

Ordered a couple hundred dollars of … Ordered a couple hundred dollars of tools from these guys off their internet site that showed it was in stock , order went through my credit card was charged then got an email some days later that order has been cancelled , not only do they not have it but they can't get it. Item out of stock according to welding mart but this item is no longer even being made. I am very dissatisfied with this company and would not recommend them. No attempt made to try and make things good . Order was placed July 3rd 2016, email was sent to me asking to review my experience with welding mart in April 2017 .
