Boom and bucket followed up after telehandler was shipped and confirmed I received the equipment as scheduled. They received shipping pricing and quickly and efficiently arranged shipping of equipment. When equipment did not work per inspection they quickly and efficiently made good on their warranty to fix the equipment. They called local equipment supplier and made arrangements for them to pickup equipment and have it repaired at no cost to me. I would definitely purchase equipment through Boom and Bucket again.
