GBRechargeable Slim Headlamp Steelman customer service was very easy to work with. The whole transaction went very smooth and easy. The headlamps are awesome also. Very bright and the rechargeable battery is a big plus compared to replacing AA battery's all the time. The only downfall of this product is charge time. the battery does not seem to last along time and recharge time takes longer then expected.
