GBSave YOUR MONEY As an older athlete/cyclist these have been a problem on many counts: 1. Lack of ingredients and amounts (who does that) 2. Since using my bones are aching and Ive had mood issues--probably due to not enough magnesium. 3. I've written the company several emails about my level of activity (cyclist 100+ miles a week in Southern Arizona) and how to properly use the minerals and electrolytes. I've asked do I supplement my current need (extra electrolytes during cycling events with drinks etc.. and I can't get a straight answer --other than an upsell. (Your products are full of bad ingredients (Sugar) by our combo capsules and electrolyte spray for joint pain. Yet, the spray is worthless joint pain is still there. and no explanation for how to use the products. 4. Its been a week and my mood has taken a complete dump--could be because my riding has just been severely impacted--no power, lots of joint and bone aches, and I am very irritable--looked it up probably low in magnesium (Tony the nonhelpful customer service upseller that gives no actual support--said I was taking too much magnesium and that could be a problem--but upon doing research the body gets rid of what it doesn't need????) I have now asked for a full refund. Let's see how that goes.
