Great prices, great service, great company! I have come to toolauthority.com twice now, and both times they have had the best prices and actually had stock of items that most did not! On my first order, a couple of items arrived damaged, and they sent me replacements right away without me having to return anything! Excellent customer service, selection and prices will keep me coming back!

Tool Authority needs to make it clearer … Tool Authority needs to make it clearer on their checkout page that if you are used to entering a PO #, you cannot do so. Unless you have an account set up and approval to go on the order of a PO, the order goes into LALA Land. I learned this the first time I ordered something - I cancelled the order after 2 weeks as I'd not heard anything from the company. After I cancelled, I was told the order hadn't gone thru because they didn't have payment info (tho I entered my CC number when I ordered) - but because I also entered a PO #. Kind of a ridiculous way of doing business - maybe contact me and tell me that?

Still havent recieved my order I paid over $20 for 2 day shipping. I was told it would be delivered on Sunday I still have not received my order two days after the guaranteed delivery date. I will never purchase anything from them again and I recommend others don't either. With the issues caused waiting for this part to arrive delaying the project another two days. It would have been cheaper for me to purchase a new framing nailer.
