GBWanting a response for order # S9915 Wanting a response for order # S9915 Been trying to get ahold of someone. Is this a scam ? June 5th I received an email saying 14 weeks estimated time of delivery. We are going on 17 weeks. Most troubling is the lack of communication.

GBI have had nothing but great… I have had nothing but great experiences with Aquatica Bath, both with product and customer service. One of my bathroom designs which included the Aquatica True Ofuro Mini Freestanding Stone Japanese Soaking Bathtub received Finalist status in the SBID International Design Awards and Honorable Mention in the IDA Design Awards. Aquatica shared my project and helped promote my business, which to me shows great community spirit and engagement. I love their products and would not hesitate to incorporate them in my design again.

GBNo one answering questions; only recorded messages We placed an order for a ofuro tub at the end of July 2023, and it has been paid for. To date, we have not been able to get a response to phone messages, or emails, requesting the status of our order. Definitely wondering if this is a scam! If it is not a scam, then beware as the company has stinking lousy customer service.

Without the assistance of Goran over the last 3 months we would have chosen an alternative to your products. He helped through chats on your site and direct phone conversations, often late at night Goran’s time. His patience and product knowledge was and is exceptional. We can’t thank him enough.
