The customer service representice was helpful and got me the right size to be sent out right away and the information on how to return the wrong size I had orders by mistake. The boots came fast and my wife really finds the boots comfortable and stylish. Thanks for a great experience

GBI'm not happy with my experience I'm not happy with my experience. I placed my order a month ago. The status still says "preparing to ship" over a week ago I did the customer service chat, the person said I would get an updated status email the next day. Never happened. I send a different email still haven't received a response. Then today I get an email asking me to fill out this survey when I would really like to hear from customer service.
