Good customer service Placed an order for a high dollar "in stock" item at the beginning of August. Product was not in stock. Due to manufacturer delay, item was received at the end of September. I was fortunate to create a contact in customer service. I spoke solely to this individual. He was very honest about the situation. Always took my calls (for status of item) and called back with additional information. Because of the customer service, I would order from this company again.

Good after purchase service. My purchase was for a finishing set and a few other items, when it arrived one item was was marked Backorder ? I received that item it was a miss mark on the paperwork. For a different item I was missing. This was late and sent in to customer service the problem. When I called about noon next day they had already shipped the item I was missing. Maybe a small problem but was handled correct and quickly. Also when you call you can talk to a real english speaking person.

I apologize I had left a bad review in the past for Al's taping tools because I felt as if they were blowing me off after trying to reach out to them and I'm here to say I was wrong and I deeply apologize to the staff of Als. I found the invoice that showed part of my order was on back order, I am sorry. BUT Al's even went further, I had forgotten about that order and low and behold I received a package at the front door with the entire order! They sent the back ordered piece plus the rest of the set. Guys if I'm ever up in Minnesota I owe you lunch!

I would have gave five stars but the… I would have gave five stars but the part I ordered was absolutely horrible in quality control on the machining process. Not really als problem it’s just amazing that a part so poorly made ever made it out of the factory

All products arived fast safe and in… All products arived fast safe and in perfect working order. Cannot beat the service or the tools for the price. The platinum box set i recieved worked better than i had expeced would definitely purchase again. And aill likely deal with Al's in the future.
