KAIWEETS HT118E Digital AC/DC Multimeter - TRMS 20000 Counts This is the second multi meter I have bought from KAIWEETS (the other was a clamp meter) after extensive research/Youtube reviews and again I am not disappointed. it is almost perfect for my use. comes in at a great price (as did the clamp meter) and with the little use I have had with it so far I am very pleased with it. my one slight frustration is the Multimeter defaults to DC it would be good if it could be set to stay on ac or dc but that is a small issue. I think in hindsight it is aimed more at the motor trade? but overall I am super impressed with it for the money it cost. my other small issue was the tracking/delivery when i bought the clamp meter it was with me in a few days. this time it took quite a long time and the tracking was vague to say the least but overall i can't fault KAIWEETS for customer service/quality products. I will definitely be buying more from you.

excellent hobby multimeter excellent hobby multimeter, comes with auto select for basic functions and then manual for more specific ones. Tried it against my old multi and oscilloscope and compares exactly with both. Nice display, great carry case and probes seem good too. Well worth the couple of squid spent TA

I ordered the wrong test device I ordered the wrong test device. The company was accommodating and exchanged the device I wanted. Very friendly email. The company was always available and the processing (exchange) took place without any problems in just 14 days. Because of these great KM601s I gave away my old devices. The device saves me having to use other measuring devices. A really great invention. Above all, the management (support) is very customer friendly. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you again.

Bad choice of couriers means no package delivered This will be a mixed one I ordered a soldering iron from Kaiweets because I have seen very good reviews of the items from Kaiweets and decided to give it a try. I got an email from the company to let me know the item was actually out of stock and I was asked if I wanted a refund or if I would wait for the item to be restocked and shipped. I chose the latter. The item was shipped and I got excited when I saw the update saying it had arrived in Ireland. Well, excitement became disappointment when I learned that Fastway would deliver the parcel. For non Irish buyers, Fastway has made a name for themselves as a very bad courier company. The parcel is shown as delivered but nowhere to be seen and the driver managed to write my surname wrong and used a squiggle as a signature. Small update: According to FastWay, the package was not delivered but left in "a safe location" So safe they won;t even tell me where it is. Wrote both Kaiweets and FastWay and waiting for Kaiweets to let me know the next course of action as I am out almost 70€. For those in Ireland, remember, that FastWay will be the courier if you buy from Kaiweets. I wish I could review the soldering iron but.... I never got it but payed and was charged for one.
