They really were purrfect! Cannot praise this company highly enough. They were super responsive from day 1 and answered queries very quickly and professionally. They were very flexible when I had to change some details and most importantly it was evident that Mark loves pets. My dachshund was given 5* treatment and she seemed very happy on arrival to the UK. The best pet land transport in the UK Janet and Mark make all the difference. Their passion and love for what they do and the way they took care of our dog in his trip to the South was incredible. They are simply fantastic. They kept us informed all the way and they solved problems instead of creating new ones. Their transport van is incredible but I think it is part of their personality. I strongly recommend them and I am sure I am going to use them in the future. Brilliant. Excellent.

Amazing professional service Janet and Mark are amazing. For years rescuing animals, rehoming and transportation of dogs and cats from Spain and Portugal to the UK. Feonix has many issues that we are working on. She did not have a good start of her life. She was safe, loved and managed to travel 2,000 miles without being sick.They helped us obtain all the necessary documents for her to make this journey. Then she stayed at their kennels at Lower Hey near Ashton under Lyme while we travelled back. What a welcome we received from her. She told us all about it. Professional top service. I just can't thank you enough. So glad we met 5 years ago as I knew straight away how to get our baby back, after selling our house in Spain. You took our worries away of how to get Feonix back safe and sound. Your loved ones will be well cared for and loved while you cannot be with them.

Sworn at by Janet Sworn at by Janet, was told they are not required to give me a reason for their change of schedule. I was told I was 'lucky' they made it across the border, I would hope when paying a transport company and have all of the dogs paper work in order, that they don't rely on 'luck'. Also had to repeatedly chase for an invoice, and when it was issued (post payment rather than pre payment as requested), it was incorrect.
