We have been in the photobooth business… We have been in the photobooth business since 2010 and have tons of booths from U.S vendors. Chinese vendors have monopoly on 360 booths. We ordered the booth in good faith and there was lack of communication on delivery. The booth was left outside in the rain and there was a big hole in the travel case. The water got inside the booth. We contacted the seller and were told they cannot do anything. We were asked to send photos and we provided tons but we never heard back from the seller. We will be purchasing more 360booths but we have chosen not to work with vendor for lack of quality and empathy.

I purchased 3 photo booths… I purchased 3 different photo booths from 360SPB. Summer was in contact with me immediately and helped walk me through the entire process. She kept me updated with the timeline of purchase & shipping and is still available for me whenever I have technical questions regarding the equipment.
