GBQuick delivery/Subpar product quality Delivery time to US was fairly quick and customer service responded to email with questions in a timely manner. However, the product was subpar. I ordered 3 grams on B+ and received 8 stems and two very small black caps. I understand it was a small order but I don’t know anyone that wants to spend $65 plus shipping for 3g of stems and I really wanted to ensure the quality of the product before placing a larger order. I’ve also never seen black B+ caps. Unfortunately, I will be looking for another source for future orders.

GBIt all went well It all went well, ordering, paying, tracking number until it didn't. Looks like it was confiscated in Customs. Have reached out numerous times to see if they can help with info regarding my order. Sent order number, tracking info and dates. They will not respond! They had no problem taking my money which was substantial. ZERO help with their "customer service". Super unhappy with how they are handling this!!

GBNot to be trusted A shipment was damaged and rendered completely useless by the the time it arrived. I reached out to the company for support and they have to totally blanked me. I've lost around £300 and received nothing. I WOULD 100% advise AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY. There is a lot of trust involved in sending 100's of pounds to Canada. I trusted them and lost a lot of money. Very disappointed 😥
