My order was canceled without… My order was canceled without explanation. After numerous attempts at contacting your company, I had to threaten turning you over to the Better Business Bureau to get not only a response but a refund as well. I will never order from you again and certainly would not recommend you to anyone! I did file a complaint with the BBB.

Day1nutrition is an amazing company!! Conveniently located 20 mins from my house, day1nutrition has never failed to please me! They have genuinely helped me find the best/most effective supplements to use to reach my body goals. They have very fair prices, making it affordable to everyone. Also, they carry a large variety of items, so you can find anything you want, need, or have been looking for. When you walk into this store, no one stares or judges you, they are ready and excited to share their knowledge to help each and every one of their customers. That alone made me more comfortable to begin my fitness journey. I will continue going to and ordering from Day1nutrition! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!! I paid extra for fast shipping to take the product on a trip but emailed to ask when I would receive it since the website did not specify what the faster shipping time was. When they responded, I was not going to get it in time, so I emailed to cancel the order and I went on line and cancelled. (The response said that they would wave the shipping fee, but that did not matter if I could not take the item with me). They did not cancel the order, nor did they refund the shipping and when I returned from my trip, I had the product WHICH WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT - NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Since that time, they have not responded to any of my emails to resolve this issue and the phone number listed for them is always busy so I do not think it is in service. BE VERY CAREFUL IN ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
