GBFun items and amazing customer service I'm impressed with this company's great customer service and exciting products! I treated myself to a 3 month subscription for my birthday but ran into a billing issue when applying the gift card. Not only did I receive an email attempting to help me but I also got a personal phone call! The issue was solved in no time (thank you again Lizel!) I've done many subscription boxes but none have provided customer service like this. I'm loving the items sent to me and plan on trying out each of their four box type options.

GBBe Very Careful Purchased a subscription for my daughter who has celiac disease for Christmas. Annoying they make the recipient provide a credit card even when redeeming a gift. The worst though is sending her a gluten free box containing wheat in 2 products. Then arguing about it when brought to their attention. Avoid this company at all costs!

GBTHEY GAVE ME GLUTEN, DO NOT TRUST As a Celiac, I was very excited for this box. On my 4th box, however, they sent me gluten. I trusted them since it’s a dedicated gluten free box, and I ate the gluten item. I spent all night nauseous and throwing up. DO NOT GET URTHBOX IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND NOT CAREFULLY MADE.
