Product did not fit firearm. Part received, Navy Style SEF housing for MP5K, did not fit upon receipt. Had to purchase metal hand files and spend a couple of hours hand fitting the housing to my weapon. There was no mention of this being required in the product listing and after doing some research I am far from the only person to have this issue. Despite poor fit, product arrived in good shape and appears high quality.

Awesome sig mags that were delivered in timely manner, however the advertisement sale was confusing and therefore, ordered the wrong Sig Mag ki I called customer service the next few days or so because I hadn’t opened the delivery box yet. I then discovered that I ordered the wrong P365XL FDE mags arrived . I only received voice mail with no callback even when leaving msg. I’ll try multiple times to see if they reach out or return call.

Housing for SP5K I ordered a lower housing for my SP5K and the description said used but like new, "Most have never been installed". The one I received was definitely used/installed. The selector hole has been worn and a piece of the plastic has been broken off. There were a few scratches, but that was noted in the description and that was no problem. If I had known the condition before I purchased, I would have spent more for a new one.

I received my parts in a timely manner… I received my parts in a timely manner and they were in the expected condition. Holster is well constructed and my firearm fits well.
