GBProshred does a GREAT job for us! We have been working with Proshred for many years and they have always and continue to do a fantastic job for us. We have regular pickups monthly and sometimes schedule large volume shredding. Whatever the service, we can count on Proshred to help us!

GBHuge Letdown! When I scheduled with the customer support person, I requested a phone call or text to alert me when the driver was on the way to my office. Well that didn't happen so the driver left. I called ProShred office to let them know the situation and was told that the driver went to his next stop but would come back that day. Well that didn't happen either. So my experience with ProShred was really bad. I would NOT recommend using them.

GBAs a small company As a small company, we only shred once a year. To schedule is easy, appointment is timely and so convenient when they come to your facility. Everyone was very friendly from the voice on the telephone to the guy who came to do the work.
