GBIt didn't take long for me to receive… It didn't take long for me to receive it, but the only thing I feel that you guys did wrong when you process the Sea Moss you do not have to keep it cool. Once you keep it cool that means it needs to stay in the refrigerator or else it's going to go bad, when you first make the sea moss it can sit out for a week or a month as long as you don't put it in the fridge so I feel that you don't have to ship it with an ice pack it will be fine..
