Would Reorder Again There was a delay between the order and the acknowledgement, so I contacted them by email to see if they got it, and they said yes. Then I heard nothing, so I emailed that if I didn't receive a shipping notice that I would cancel the order. Guess w/the Pandemic they were short handed; otherwise, they were nice to do business with.

online process for ordering The online process for ordering was great, but I do not recommend buying their dry mouth products because the two that I have purchased have been a huge disappointment.
