GBIf it seems like a scam If it seems like a scam, smells like a scam, and feels like a scam.....probably is. The Good> There is an app and seems like some people actually have one. The Bad> been 15+ months since I paid...always an excuse...they KNOW it will take a long time but never said anything up front that I remember. Guessing leadership is extremely poor and most likely a teenager or someone that stopped maturing about then. Luckily this money isn't going to hurt me-BUT the BS is angering. SUGGESTION> GET SOME RETAIL EXPERIENCED LEADERSHIP.

GBIt's been a difficult journey with… It's been a difficult journey with Hudway. At times I have been so angry I couldn't see straight but I have come to believe that the company leaders ARE doing everything they can to make a good product and take care of their customers. By the way, the product is really great. I use it every day and when I'm driving a different car, I miss my HUD.

GBI still use Hudway after moving to a more advanced car. I have been using my Hudway for a few years now. I have switched cars since I've the device. I went from a car that never really did well with emails and I was unable to get them announced when they arrived through the car. The Hudway was great as it showed the text. I purchased it mainly to interact with my entertainment system and texts notifications which it did wonderfully, and of course the HUD. I became addicted to the HUD. While my new car has Android Auto, so it takes care of all the notifications, maps, and such. I still like the ability to see directions and speed in the HUD, so I still use it. It no longer seems to work with the ODB, but since my new car has all that info built in, it's not as important. Great product, just needs some tweaks to keep up with new cars and changes in the ability to work with the changing interfaces.

GBGood product. - great support I have been a supporter since Hudway first started up - and have two head units - one in each of my cars. The concept is an excellent one - and, when it works correctly, really helps my ability to drive safely. Regrettably, I have has issues with both of the units I own. In one case intermittent power faults and the other a connectivity issue. It's important to note that Hudway stood by their product and have replaced both units - and that this is why they have received a good rating from me. The small team have reacted quickly to my queries and worked hard to troubleshoot the problems before sending out replacements. The replacement units are now functioning correctly and reliably. I really miss the display when I'm driving a car that isn't equipped with a Hudway. I'm putting the initial problems down to a bad early batch. You never know the quality of a company until you run into a snag - this is where the Hudway team shine - they made sure they did everything in their power to get things fixed or replaced as soon as possible. I would recommend Hudway without hesitation.

GBThe customer service is great The customer service is great. I have never purchased a product from a company that cares so much about their customers and their products. I purchased the Hudway Drive with the side and rear camera system. It took some time to receive my product, but Hudway kept me informed about any production delays. I am pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to make another purchase from this company
