These guys are real craftsmen and… These guys are real craftsmen and artists when it comes to glass work. I like their monsoon spubbler hybrid of a pipe and a bong. They make stuff that is very creative, and even though I can't usually afford to buy much of this stuff I love browsing their site and get quite a wish list after viewing their glass artistry.

Ken sorted all my issues All I can say is Ken looked after me after my enail was faulty and expensive he offered replacement or refund within 2 days of my emails alot of bad reviews that do not reflect my experience at all nothing but appreciation from Australia. I thought i was ordering a hash pipe. Website is misleading as i thought i was ordering a hash pipe. the description reads: "We have chosen to include a unique bowl selection on one of the -Aragorns Briar Glass Pipe models; an old school Hash Bowl. We skip the bowl hole at the bottom of this bowl and put vents instead." It goes on to read "Select the ‘Clear’ photo showing the hot stick for this bowl option" but no where did it mention that the clear version is the only version available for hash pipe. I selected the color changing silver fume version and received a flower pipe, not a hash pipe. the pipe they sent me feels cheap and light weight (34 grams, not even an ounce and a half), i have sent numerous emails to get a refund which have all been ignored. Buyers beware, this company does not honor their return policy. Their return policy states: Not quite right? Decide on a different color? We’re consumers too, we get it. I recently had to buy a replacement rug for the front door, but I had to return it because the color was not quite what I expected.
