The sales and order number guys hung up… The sales and order number guys hung up on me twice and were pretty short on the call. Not very good customer service. I understand your company is busy, but courtesy is a must! Ordered a motor through my mechanic and the gentleman said he would call him back. No call yet. He talked to a lady and she said they were busy due to the holiday weekend. I would think that trying to place an order would be important to your business. There was only 1 type engine available so I hope it was put on hold for my purchase and not sold.

Called to ask a few questions about an… Called to ask a few questions about an engine that I was looking at and the person I talked to seemed kind of disinterested in my questions. All quick one or two word answers and finally told me to check with my mechanic for more answers

Customer service leads by example Made a few searches on their website. Then called them to purchase an engine. Spoke to a guy named Jimmy who is rude and quite frankly a loudmouth. Told him what I wanted and he told me it was a 90 day wait for a motor. I called back the next day inquiring about a used motor and he again jumps in on the phone call and starts being disrespectful. Saying that the salvage won't want to get involved in that.. save your money and go somewhere else

The FRASER rebuilt engine warranty, is useless Their warranty is basically useless. I bought the rebuilt engine in Sept 2021, and had problems in July 2023. No compression 1 cylinder, another low. On an inline 4 cyl. 2.5L jeep. The warranty only covers $50/hr labor. My engine mechanic is charging $199/hr now. Frasier wants to second guess the mechanic, and is wanting him to take off the head, check for damage, etc. Of course they only pay $50/hr labor, if the engine is shot. I pay the rest. My mechanic estimated 2 hours, so that would be another $300 out of my pocket for the request. Plus $1500 will be my piece of engine replacement labor. Plus parts for the next motor. This makes the warranty basically useless. That's probably the reason they have few warranty claims replacements. It worked. I'm not gonna pay to install another of their pieces of poo. I'll donate the jeep, and mark it as a lesson learned.
