I was asking a straight forward question for an operation manual and the company refused to help, even when I asked to buy it. They wanted the import paperwork which I didn't have as I brought it off someone else (they imported it and never used it so resold it a year earlier - I HAD TO PROVIDE PROOF I'D ACTUALLY PAID FOR IT, NOT "GOT IT FOR FREE" WHICH TERRY ACCUSED ME OF - I DID, AND WHY THE HELL THAT WOULD MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE IS BEYOND ME). Terry Lu from Lanphan straight away refused to give any help and were so rude, I couldn't believe it. Ive never experienced a company so hostile about asking for help with their product. We paid over $5000 for this machine and offered to pay for their assistance in setting in up, and they just got angry and refused. I couldnt understand their logic. Any decent company is willing to help and forthcoming with info where needed. Take Harvest right - immediate help and tutorials online. Terry got so hostile about me asking for help, youd think I'd done something wrong by just asking.
