They give you a bogus tracking number and then when you reach out say the address that you gave was incomplete and to reconfirm it. However, if you check the address you gave is right and this is a bid to buy more time so you wait till the 30 days and actually get nothing. They pocket the money and you are not entitled to any refund as the 30 days expire. The Best Guitar Shirt I ordered the Best t-shirt that has names that make up the shape of a guitar. The names are written in different sizes and the smaller ones are barely legible. It's like it was ironed on for too long and the letters spread out from the heat. The shirt is nice but I wish the quality was better

Utterly disappointed. Utterly disappointed. Unless the law has changed without me knowing it, I have a statutory right to a refund within 28 days of purchase. Hell, I don't even want a refund. I just want to change what I've received for a smaller size. Three emails later and they still haven't replied.
