GBThe prices are always competitive The prices are always competitive, but my last few orders have been slower to ship and arrive. Two of my order confirmation emails came immediately saying my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. When I started tracking the next day, it kept saying the package had not been received by the carrier. After calling Suppz.com 2 or 3 days later, I was told one of the products in my order had been back ordered. So why did I receive an email saying the order had shipped and giving me a tracking number? I haven't been as eager to order from Suppz since that happened, at least twice.

GBI began buying from Suppz because they … I began buying from Suppz because they carry Nutrabio and Kaged Muscle products. They are faster to ship these products than any other supplements e-retailer I have purchased from. Whenever I have had an issue, I've been able to get fast, courteous service fast. The only odd thing with Suppz is that they tend to be short staffed and delay shipping by a day or two during promos related to events like the Arnold Classic. Seems odd to run a promo then deviate from normal ship times because of understaffing. I've had two experiences like this. Products arrived only a few days later than normal, but now I make a mental note to order elsewhere when there's an event-related promo, which is only a few times per year. Otherwise, I'm a very faithful Suppz customer, and have no plans to change. Great small business!

GBWell like every horrible review Well like every horrible review, mine is the same complaint. Slow delivery, poor (no) communication and an all around shady company. I guess I’ll be the first terrible review for 2021. Anyway, they made the shipping label for UPS but failed to take it to the UPS. So my order is collecting dust on their shelf. Maybe the owner of Suppz can spend less time complaining about the “Kung Flu” on Instagram (his words not mine) and more time actually working.

GBHorrible experience...i placed my order … Horrible experience...i placed my order on the 26th,around the 2nd i was wondering why i haven't received a tracking number so i email suppz.com and they tell me my order was under fraud review since my shipping address was different from my billing address...what..so why did nobody attempt to call me the same day of the order even the next day...then i sent them a email stating i would like a customer service rep to call me before the order was FINALLY shipped out 2 minutes latet i received a tracking number. Horrible customer service
