They charge but do not deliver... I paid for the item on the 3rd of September and the order was never filled. I don't have the product that I ordered and I've tried a number of times to contact someone to ask that the order be canceled and that my money be refunded and no one answers my emails. I even called the phone number available to try to contact a human being and no one answers the phone. I would not suggest that anyone have anything to do with this company under any circumstances. I got the reply from Trustpilot but there's a couple of concerns that you should know about. 1. I don't live in Canada I live in the US. 2. I already contacted PayPal for a refund because no one there had responded to emails or phone.

My only complaint is that your company did not keep up with the order process and shipping notifications. My order appeared at my door with no notice. I was pleasantly surprised, but would have appreciated some advanced warning that it had shipped.
