Wanting a rating when product hasn’t… Wanting a rating when product hasn’t been delivered??? Tracking delivery isn’t updated hopefully delivery this week????

I had a very small window for delivery… I had a very small window for delivery of my EZ and we missed it, on my end. Your customer service was amazing and made it happen on the only day we could be there. They even had a backup plan if that didn't work. Can't say enough about your service! Only wish I knew the lady's name who helped me! Thanks, KC
