Technical Support Online Service is excellent and timely I finally found a chandelier that fits my living room perfectly, this chandelier is great, beautiful & stylish, I couldn't help installing the chandelier when I received it. but all of the parts I finished, but the six bulbs part didn't light. I contacted the customer service center of their electrical engineer was online to solve the problem for me, it turned out that I had installed the wires wrongly, and according to the technical support and Installation Instructions from the electrical engineer, the chandelier finally started to work properly, thank you very much for BARRY and Ella's help!

The customization service was great The customization service was great, I really liked the chandelier but the chandelier shade was clear and I wanted a smoky grey shade, luckily it could be customized. For a little extra money, you can customize the style you want the most.
